How It Works?

Customized Learning Pathways
FAMH International offers flexible learning pathways that cater to diverse needs and learning styles, ensuring each participant gains the foundational knowledge and skills needed to recognize and respond to mental health issues. Pathways range from introductory courses for beginners to specialized modules for those seeking advanced skills.
Engaging, Structured Training Modules
Each pathway includes structured modules that focus on building specific FAMH skills. Participants start with foundational awareness—learning about mental health basics, stigma, and common mental health conditions—before advancing to practical skills such as using the ALGEE framework. The training is delivered through a mix of interactive workshops, case studies, role-playing exercises, and eLearning for a hands-on, engaging experience.
Practical Application and Support Resources
Throughout the training, participants apply what they’ve learned in realistic scenarios. FAMH Global provides access to case studies, simulations, and group discussions that help learners understand how to approach and support individuals facing mental health challenges. Resources such as guidelines, self-care tools, and connections to mental health professionals ensure that participants know when and how to escalate support.
